Leadership

  • Pauloes Berhe

    Pauloes Berhe

    Co-Founder & President

    A technologist and nonprofit leader with more than a decade of experience designing and scaling secure digital systems across finance, education, media, and the public sector. He previously held tech and product leadership roles at Bloomberg LP and City University in Seattle. He currently serves as member and lead on global workshops and mapping committees at MIT's DCI Global. His work focuses on strengthening digital infrastructure, advancing financial technology, and expanding access to both technical and non technical education for communities and institutions.

  • Ryan Lawrence

    Ryan Lawrence

    Co-Founder & Treasury

    A community leader and educator with over a decade of experience advancing financial technology and digital literacy through education. He has led workshops that help individuals and communities better understand Bitcoin, financial systems, and emerging technologies, including serving as an instructor for the Bitcoin Academy, a partnership between Block and the Shawn Carter Foundation.
